10 Ideas to Ensure our Students are Most Likely to Succeed

Tony Wagner's forthcoming book, Most Likely to Succeed will vindicate any educator who has ever felt self-conscious because their classrooms are rarely silent. It will assuage every parent who worries that if they're not quizzing their students on a study guide, their child isn't learning as much as the kids next door. But most importantly, the severity of Most Likely to Succeed's condemnation of an outdated educational approach will start conversations about what we as a society value for the future.

The following are some of the essential messages Tony Wagner and Ted Dintersmith advocate in the forthcoming Most Likely to Succeed. Instead of taking notes by hand, I highlight my ebooks and manipulate the information to accommodate the visuals. We ask kids to copy out information so they'll absorb it better. Instead of worrying about hand cramps, I spend my time conceptualizing a visual and examining the sentence structure as I adjust the text.
